On Saturday, October 22nd, SkateHut organised a launch party to celebrate the opening of its new store in Halesowen, situated on Amber Way, just 5 minutes away from its previous location at Shenstone Trading Estate.
The new store is larger and improved, located on the ground floor of the brand's expansive new headquarters! Leading up to the launch, SkateHut's team relocated to the new site at the start of October, as part of a company-wide expansion aimed at broadening its product offering. The new warehouse and location, spanning 60,000 square feet, will be crucial in helping SkateHut achieve this objective.
The launch event took place over two days, on Saturday, October 22nd, and Sunday, October 23rd, featuring food, drinks, music, and even a pinball machine for visitors to enjoy, among many other activities. The energy was thrilling, and everyone relished in celebrating this significant milestone in SkateHut’s incredible journey. There was even a classic PlayStation 1 with the iconic Tony Hawk game, which was a huge success!
The store also features a Star Wars-themed Mandalorian pinball machine, which drew a queue of people eager to try their luck at beating the high score.
