 HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

 

1. Find your order that you want to return

2. Click the "Request return" button

Then select which products you want to return and the reason for returning.
If you want to add a note to the return, you have to option to do so.
If no other instructions from you, we will provide you with a return shipment 
label for the cost of €5.99. This cost will be deducted from your refund.

Please write a note on the Return Request, if you want to make your own return shipment. 

Click the "Request return" button.

 

3. Pack your item and print a dispatch label

When the Return request is approved by our return agent, then you will be able to print the provided return shipment label. If you want to do your own return shipment, then ship the items to this adress:

Make sure your item is unused with its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition otherwise the return may not be accepted.

Items returned should have no labels/tape or ink on the product packaging in order to be eligible for a refund. If the itmes received is not in 100% original condition, we will reduce the refund accordingly. 


4. Post your item

Thats it! Returns are usually processed within a few days but can take upto a maximum of 7 working week days.

December, January and February can take up to 14 working week days.

Processing time for returns once received back at SkateHut.com is 7 working days. This can be up to 14 working days during the Christmas period. 

*Customers have 30 days from original purchase date to return items for a full refund (as per our standard returns policy).
