14 automatic rowing programs for perfect motivation and variability during training: select your own, personal favourite program to suit your fitness goals, and the computer does the rest. A heart-rate controlled training program also guarantees controlled and safe heart-fit training. You can accurately measure your heart rate using the chest belt, which is available as an optional extra. A program where you compete against the computer motivates you to perform better and better, so you get fit faster, whilst having fun. Pro Force has a memory function for 4 individual programs and can therefore be used by several people, because everyone can select their personal program.

The seat glides particularly quietly and smoothly on a premium aluminium rail. You can train whenever you like without disturbing your neighbours, even in a rented apartment. The feet guarantee a secure position during training. Pro Force also has a practical holder for your water bottle, remote control or smartphone.
