Even with moderate intensity and a moderate number of repetitions you will achieve the best effects in terms of muscle growth with the Solid XP Weight Bench. You should choose the weight to ensure that you can do approx. 8-12 repetitions per set. But you can also work out with the Solid XP Weight Bench to shape your body and define your muscles. Here, it is important that you sets have approx. 15-20 repetitions. This will get you into your endurance range, which is where you achieve the best effects in terms of body shaping and fat reduction. In this way you can use the Solid XP to achieve your perfect body proportions.
 
Thanks to the independent cable pull mounts, you can evenly work both sides of your body. This is particularly important when working your shoulders and arms, since each arm has to put in the same amount of power, which prevents imbalances. The Solid XP Weight Bench comes with a complete set comprised of rods, weights and fasteners. This gives you all the options you need to intensify your workout and get as much out of it as possible. The chrome-plated rods are roughened and ensure a good grip, even when you are working with a lot of weights. The weight plates are filled with cement and covered with plastic. The covering ensures a quiet workout and protects the floor.

The ergonomic back cushion is 50mm thick and extremely comfortable. The back rest on the weight bench has seven different settings that allow you to do bench presses as well as slanted bench presses and shoulder presses in various positions.
